Big Day
Yeah, I know I haven’t posted lately. I know I need to put up more pictures of my
Japan trip. But as some of you may know, today is my 30th birthday. Now I am officially old like many of you are. :-) Wow, 30 years old. I still can’t believe it.
It seems like yesterday that I was still playing with Legos and
Transformers in my basement, or running around Ryan’s neighborhood playing with
water guns, or partying late night in college.
30 years old. Part of me thinks
back about things that I could have done differently or actually spent more
time enjoying certain things because that part of my life will never
return. However, I am still young and
have my whole future ahead of me.
Tonight I plan on meeting up with some friends to enjoy the occasion. Nothing too crazy. It should be a great time…..

For girls, 30 can be devastating, athough Demi Moore may argue. 30 is the beginning of the downhill (unless they have endless resources to prevent such things), and when women are seen as more as "older".
So, be happy your male and Happy Birthday. :-)
And why nothing too crazy? You're in NY for goodness sake! That's why NY exists !!!!!
- Someone younger :-)

Happy B-Day!
Happy birthday! It's times like these that make me glad to have a late birthday (although my "big day" will come soon enough). In response to Ryan's comment, I think we all spent more time over at your house vs. anywhere else, so that's a big part of it. Heck, did anyone ever spend any amount of time over at Corbett's house growing up? I think I was inside the place only two or three times. No, his parents knew what we all knew...he was the most destructive among us...so, they sent him over to destroy someone else's house all the time!--JMc

Re: Happy B-Day!
I can confirm that the above-mentioned action did, indeed, take place in the front yard of my parents' house. Considering that Yoda was the very first Star Wars action figure I owned (out of many through the years), it was a very sad and traumatic occurence!--JMc

Re: Happy B-Day!
No, that was a separate and equally unfortunate incident.
